Our authentic Texas honey never goes through heavy processing or over-filtration. We keep our extraction and bottling process as minimal as possible. The only heat we use is gentle warming, just enough to keep the honey pourable as it moves from tank to jar. Nothing more.

We never pasteurize, overheat, or filter out the natural goodness.

Since this is pure, unprocessed honey, you’ll notice it crystallizes naturally over time — that’s actually a sign you’re getting the real thing. As it thickens into a creamy texture, it turns into a smooth, spreadable treat that’s wonderful on toast, biscuits, oatmeal, or enjoyed straight from the spoon.
