At Y.S. Eco Bee Farms USA, our raw wildflower honey comes straight from family-tended hives across Massachusetts and New York. We harvest, extract, and bottle it without any heat treatment or fine filtration, so nothing natural is stripped away in the process.

Because we skip heavy filtering, our honey retains small amounts of pollen along with the enzymes and trace minerals that travel with it. You may also notice tiny specks of natural propolis or beeswax — these are simply signs of minimal processing, and many customers value them for the potential wellness and allergy-related benefits they’re associated with.

Our wildflower honey is produced primarily from aster-family blooms, particularly goldenrod, which gives the honey its distinctive finish. The result is a raw honey with an extra-light amber color, a creamy, smooth texture, and a naturally mild sweetness. Supplies are limited each season, so we recommend grabbing a jar while it’s available.
