At Y.S. Eco Bee Farms USA, we believe strong wholesale partnerships are built on transparency, consistency, and fair marketplace practices. Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies help maintain reliable inventory, protect brand value, and support a healthy competitive environment for our authorized wholesale partners.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard minimum order requirement for wholesale customers is:

MOQ: 420 Units Per Order

Wholesale orders may include a combination of different eligible products and SKUs. Partners can mix products such as:

• Organic & Raw Honey

• Bee Pollen

• Royal Jelly

• Propolis

• Other eligible bee-based products

The minimum quantity requirement applies to initial orders as well as repeat and restocking orders.

For established wholesale partners or high-volume accounts, customized ordering arrangements may be available based on business requirements and purchasing volume.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

Y.S. Eco Bee Farms USA maintains a MAP policy to promote consistent advertising practices and protect fair competition among authorized sellers.

MAP Requirement: $3,500 USD per applicable wholesale order set/bundle

Authorized sellers are expected to follow the pricing guidelines provided by Y.S. Eco Bee Farms USA when advertising eligible products through approved sales channels.

Sellers may not intentionally advertise applicable products below the established MAP requirement.

Approved Marketplace Compliance

All authorized sellers must follow our marketplace, pricing, and brand guidelines when selling Y.S. Eco Bee Farms USA products online.

This includes maintaining accurate product information, using approved listings where applicable, and avoiding pricing practices that may negatively affect other authorized partners.

MAP Violation Process

If an authorized seller does not comply with the MAP policy, Y.S. Eco Bee Farms USA may take action based on the nature and frequency of the violation.

First Violation:
Written notice and an opportunity to correct the advertised pricing.

Second Violation:
Temporary suspension or review of wholesale purchasing privileges.

Third Violation:
Termination of wholesale authorization and removal from the authorized seller program.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate review or termination at the company’s discretion.
